Cooking meals to defined specifications & nutritional profile for delivery to subjects enrolled in clinical studies.

Skills

• Culinary skills to cook fresh meals to defined specifications for delivering to clinical subjects 
• Ability to work in a research and development environment

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Designing meals for clinical studies 
• Cooking meals to defined specifications for delivering to subjects enrolled in clinical studies 
• Ensuring timely delivery of meals to subjects 
• Documentation and maintaining records of meals delivered and consumed. By subjects
• Assist in the development and testing of recipes
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Assisting with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.

18 Months

MSc Nutrition Science, BAMS, MSc in a Life Science area, Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution like IHM preferred with interest and knowledge of designing healthy foods, nutritional claims, & designing meals for clinical studies.

Developing health foods, functional claims, designing healthy meals.
