Regional Young Investigators’ Meetings (RYIM) aim to build local networks of scientists and science professionals with an aim to promote regional collaborations and change. The RYIMs are intended to be Young Investigator (YI) driven endeavours that promote networking in local scientific communities and foster collaborative leadership among YIs in the region.
On behalf of IndiaBioscience and the local organising committee, we warmly invite active researchers from both academia and industry — as well as science professionals working across the life science ecosystem in Chhattisgarh and neighbouring regions — to join us for a meaningful and engaging three-day meeting.
RYIM Bhilai 2025
The convergence of clinical expertise and technological innovation is at the forefront of a transformative era in healthcare. With advancements in Artificial Intelligence, biotechnology, and medical engineering, the synergy between clinicians and technologists has never been more crucial. To foster this interdisciplinary collaboration, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhilai and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Raipur are jointly organising the Regional Young Investigators’ Meeting (RYIM) Bhilai 2025 on the theme: Clinicians meet technologists – An era of health-tech.
This three-day meeting (12 – 14 September 2025) will serve as a dynamic forum for emerging researchers, clinicians, engineers, and entrepreneurs to exchange ideas, showcase innovations, and explore pathways for integrating cutting-edge technologies into healthcare solutions. Through keynote talks, panel discussions, and interactive sessions, the meeting aims to bridge the gap between medical practitioners and technologists, enabling meaningful partnerships that drive impactful advancements in healthcare.
In addition, the Crafting Your Career (CYC) workshop, scheduled for 13 September 2025, will guide young researchers to provide them with the requisite knowledge, tools, and techniques to equip and empower them to navigate and craft their career paths.
