Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology is organising a Three-day workshop on ​‘qPCR and data analysis’ (02^nd- 04^th February, 2026) at the ​‘International Research Center of Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai through physical mode.

This workshop will provide hands-on exposure and strengthen participant’s expertise in designing and developing innovative qPCR-based diagnostic kits for various applications, including infectious diseases.

Hands-on workshop covers;

• cDNA synthesis & quantification
• Total RNA isolation & quantification
• qPCR primer designing
• qPCR experimental design
• Set up of instrument (Bio-Rad CFX Opus 96)
• Statistical analysis using GraphPad Prism
